City & County of Honolulu Webinar Series

On September 28, 2020, MLPCH attorney Fernando P. Cosio participated in a C&C Covid support seminar alongside other prominent business and county representatives (Hawaiian Electric Company and the C&C Dept. of Community Services). The purpose of the presentation was to provide educational legal updates on landlord tenant affairs in the State of Hawaii, including but not limited to the relevant provisions under the eviction moratorium.
